Why Partner With Us

You Grow It. We Sell It.

We are a Vietnam-based sourcing partner connecting international spice traders, food manufacturers, and retail brands directly with verified pepper producers. No middleman markup, no broker chain — just clean, transparent export deals.

01

International Buyers, Direct

Active inquiries from Europe, US, Japan, and the Middle East — for FCL black pepper, white pepper DW, and steam-sterilized grades. We bring the lead, you fulfill the order.

02

Fair, Transparent Pricing

You set your floor price per grade. We add a clearly disclosed sourcing fee — no hidden markup, no surprise deductions. Repeat orders mean stable income year-round.

03

Export Paperwork, Handled

We coordinate Phyto, Origin, COA, and shipping documents. You focus on production and lot quality. New to export? We walk you through your first FCL.

Who We're Looking For

Verified Pepper Producers

We work best with farms and mills that take quality seriously and have basic export-readiness. You don't need to be perfect — but you do need to be honest about what you can deliver.

  • ✓

    Production Capacity ≥ 5 MT/month

Single farm or cooperative. We work with both.

  • ✓

    Quality Documentation

Ability to provide COA per lot — moisture, density, foreign matter at minimum.

  • ✓

    Export Readiness

Tax code, business license, ability to issue VAT invoice. Or — willing to register one.

  • ✓

    Communication Discipline

Reply on Zalo / WhatsApp / email within 24h. Late comms break buyer trust.

  • ✓

    No Adulteration. Ever.

Buyers test every lot. One bad shipment ends the relationship for everyone.

Partner FAQ

Common Questions From Farms

Do I have to give exclusivity?

No. Our partnership is non-exclusive. You can keep working with your existing domestic buyers, traders, or other export channels. We only ask that orders we bring you stay with us through completion — you don't pass our buyer to another agent mid-deal.

How is the sourcing fee structured?

Our fee is a transparent percentage on top of your agreed floor price. You see the buyer's final FOB/CIF price, your portion, and our portion — line by line — on every contract. No hidden deductions, no "quality penalty" surprises after shipping. Typical range: 4–8% depending on grade and order complexity.

When do I get paid?

For T/T orders: 30% on contract signing forwarded to you within 3 business days, 70% balance within 5 business days of BL release. For LC orders: payment per LC terms (usually 7–14 days after document submission). We never hold farmer payment to leverage future deals.

What if a buyer rejects my lot?

Pre-shipment inspection (SGS or equivalent) is mandatory for every order — at the buyer's cost. Their COA becomes the binding reference. If a lot fails inspection, we resolve at the farm level before container loading, not after. Post-shipment disputes are rare and we mediate fairly between farm and buyer.

I'm a small farm with no export experience. Can I still apply?

Yes — but expect a longer onboarding. We've helped first-time exporters set up their tax code, work with a freight forwarder, and ship their first FCL. The bar is consistent quality and clear communication. If you can deliver those, the export paperwork side is teachable.

Do you also work with mills (not just farms)?

Yes. In fact, mills with cleaning, sorting, and steam sterilization capability are highly valued in our network — they let us serve EU and Japan buyers who require ASTA/ESA cleanliness specs. If you operate a pepper processing mill, you are exactly who we want to talk to.
